Right of revocation

(1) The customer shall have no right of revocation for products that have prices that are subject to fluctuation in the financial market, over which philoro has no influence and that may occur at short notice.

(2) Making an order shall oblige the customer to accept the products. Subsequent changes or cancellations of orders by the customer can be accepted by philoro at its own discretion. If philoro has already acquired the precious metals on the basis of the customer’s order, the customer shall compensate for any loss in price and/or value of the precious metals between the day of the order and the day on which the transaction is reversed and pay an additional handling fee of CHF 60.00.
